0:00 That they follow the Quran? This is why God says, right after describing disbelief in God's revelation, that nothing is concealed from God.

0:14 Because He knows what their hearts are doing, whether they are really believing or not. And based on that, they are isolated from Quran, they cannot see it.

0:30 The other part was covered very nicely by Martha.

0:43 The allegorical verses are things that we may not be able to understand

0:50 or fully comprehend yet.

0:53 There were generations who didn't understand what was meant by the earth being egg-shaped.

1:00 That didn't make sense to them.

1:03 And had they wasted their time trying to interpret that,

1:09 they would have just wasted time, and they might have ended up confused.

1:17 There are things in the Quran now that you cannot comprehend.

1:22 So, God reserves these to future generations.

1:26 Every generation has to see something new in the Quran.

1:31 But for our purposes, we have a certain understanding of them, and we have to be content and satisfied

1:38 with them.

1:40 As long as we're not digging and causing a lot of confusion, then it's definitely right

1:45 to study the Quran and try to understand everything, without confusing ourselves.

2:02 Past generations, for example, they didn't understand what the number 19 meant.

2:07 They had no way of knowing what the number 19 meant.

2:10 But God gave them a temporary understanding that there are possibly the guards who have the number 19.

2:19 Because after the number 19, God gives a general statement that the guards are angels.

2:24 It's just a general statement.

2:26 And that statement serves to give them a satisfactory interpretation at the time, for understanding.

2:37 Because, God knows that it is not important whether the people know that Hell is guarded by 19, or 19 million, or what.

2:46 It's not a crucial thing to the doctrine, or the worship of God alone.

2:56 At the end of verse 7 here, it says, indeed, only those who possess intelligence will take heed.

3:05 People who do not heed the Quran, people who do not believe in God,

3:12 people who do not worship God alone, they have to be stupid.

3:16 They are not intelligent.

3:19 And God who is folding the seven universes in His hand,

3:22 and they leave him and they seek the wisdom of a human being who lived on earth

3:27 a hundred years, who was very puny, helpless.

3:34 That has to be stupid.

3:36 When God has created the heavens and the earth, the sun and the moon,

3:41 He knows what the sun and the moon are doing.

3:45 But they go seek the wisdom of a man who didn't know that

3:48 where the sun is coming from.

3:50 The sun rises every day from the east.

3:55 They used to think it's a new sun.

4:00 And you don't blame them for that.

4:03 That was the extent of their knowledge.

4:04 But to go to them for wisdom,

4:08 that's not intelligent.

4:10 So only those who are intelligent

4:12 will worship God alone.

4:16 Verses 8 and 9 are wonderful prayers that you can use anytime. Verse 12 says to those who disbelieve,

4:39 "You will be defeated, and you will end up in Hell, and what a miserable abode."

4:53 And the book, Quran, Hadith, and Islam, that you will see at the end, an advertisement for the book itself,

5:04 it was just put in the back.

5:07 And if asked the question, does it make any sense that 3 million Israelis defeat,

5:11 consistently defeat, 150 million Arabs?

5:17 Consistently.

5:20 I mean, even on the physical level it doesn't make sense.

5:26 Is this what God says in 12?

5:29 Because those people were given the Quran.

5:31 Quran. When you are given the Quran, your responsibility is immediately doubled.

5:39 The people in this country who come to Islam, and they come to Quran, and then they end up

5:44 following Hadith and Sunnah. These people are in bad shape.

5:50 They are much better off as Christians, worshipping Jesus.

5:54 Because when they are handed the Quran, where practically every page

5:59 says worship God alone, don't go to anything else, then the responsibility is

6:05 multiplied manyfold. The Quran is a fantastic blessing or a fantastic disaster,

6:14 depending on if you uphold it or not.

6:21 So the Arabs were given the Quran, and they chose to abandon it, they don't need it.

6:32 So number 12 applies to them, say to those who disbelieve, you will be defeated, then

6:41 end up in hell, and the miserable abode.

6:43 This is God's promise, and it doesn't matter what the physical statistics say.

6:50 You may be 200 million, but you disbelieved God when He said the Quran is

6:56 complete and perfect, you will be defeated.

7:00 Doesn't matter how many you are, how rich you are, how many weapons you have, how

7:05 much weapons you have.

7:11 The 200 million Arabs, and God gave them so much wealth, just to make all the physical

7:22 statistics on their side.

7:26 Yet they keep losing.

7:30 And it's because they abandoned the Quran.

7:34 The Quran is in their hands, in our hands.

7:38 But they don't, they don't need it.

7:42 Mujahid demonstrated that to them last night.

7:46 He said, which words do you take?

7:48 You take the words of God, or the words of someone who said what the Prophet said?

7:54 I go a step further, I say, do you take the words of God or the words of the Prophet?

7:58 If the Prophet walks through this door and shows you his passport, proving that he is

8:03 Muhammad, the son of Abdullah, and he tells you something that's different from the Quran,

8:08 are you going to take the words of God or the words of Muhammad? I will put the question

8:12 that way. But of course, Mujahid will try to prove to them that the hadith is not from

8:17 Muhammad. The hadith, the hadith is not Muhammad. As you see in the last page of that

8:25 book which is coming. I said hadith, and not Muhammad. They are the hadith of people

8:31 whose grandparents, even the grandparents of their grandparents never saw the Prophet.

8:39 This was real Hadith to them.

8:42 So Mujahid was trying to prove that point.

8:46 They follow what God said, or they follow

8:49 things that were said by people who said what the Prophet said.

8:56 Amongst the two hundred,

8:58 looking in their eyes, I'm sure if somebody shows them

9:01 the truth, I'm sure so many of them will see the truth.

9:11 So, he will not be allowed to fail.

9:16 Some other way, but I know what you're saying, you're doing both.

9:23 I can't say either way, but you cannot keep him there.

9:30 Insha'Allah, God will find a way. What do you think?

9:32 We were talking the other night at the church, and they're talking about it right now.

9:40 Here, Paul, Yusuf.

9:46 They, they're thinking it's going to happen here.

9:49 I feel like they considered it might happen.

9:51 Yeah, yeah, that's what it is.

9:54 It's not the Hadith of Jesus either.

9:57 The Hadith of Mark, Luke, Matthew and John.

10:01 That's what the Gospels are.

10:03 These are the canonized books.

10:05 They are canonized because in the Council of Nicaea, they collected all the

10:13 scriptures of Jesus, the true and the false.

10:17 And they canonized these four and bound them together.

10:21 And they established the doctrine of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

10:28 And if you don't believe it, you go to any encyclopedia or even some dictionaries under "Nicaea."

10:34 And you'll understand the work.

10:36 I haven't read it all, but I can tell you.

10:39 It's from the time of Nicaea, right?

10:41 That Council of Nicaea was very important.

10:44 You know, to go away, you know what to do.

10:46 You know what to do.

10:48 For the first three centuries, Christians were all worshipping one God, and yet they did not mention the Trinity at all.

11:00 Even nowadays, we have these seven great Christian scholars,

11:07 I mean, they are very respected scholars who wrote the book "The Myth of God Incarnate,"

11:13 and they are censored and cursed and everything by the rest of the Christian world.

11:22 But verse 12 explains the defeat of the Arabs.

11:32 Wali, you wanna compete with Latifa and take the next stage?

11:40 She's a tough act to follow though.

11:46 I can do it.

12:10 The gospels, for instance, teach that he is the Word of God, the Lord Jesus Christ.

12:17 The Word, in the eyes of the people, is the Word of God.
