Quran 36:83 — Y.S. (Ya Sin)

فَسُبحٰنَ الَّذى بِيَدِهِ مَلَكوتُ كُلِّ شَيءٍ وَإِلَيهِ تُرجَعونَ

Therefore, glory be to the One in whose hand is the sovereignty over all things, and to Him you will be returned.*

[36:82] All He needs to do to carry out any command is to say to it, "Be," and it is.
